| Product Detail: | Tomato peppers are a sweet and tender pepper unique to its growing region. The peppers are cored, placed on trays and slow cooked in oil & spices for up to 36 hours. The result is a concentrated, delicious, mouth-popping flavor. This product can be used as a basis for new and creative applications for food service providers and manufacturers. Typical uses are in sandwiches, pizzas, or as an addition to an upscale deli bar. Private Label retail packing is available. To ensure a long shelf life the product is sterilized and packed in foil pouches. |
